Joyll Smith
Joy received a Bachelor of Music Degree In Vocal Performance from the University of Rhode Island in 2002. She has been teaching both private and group voice and piano lessons and vocal coaching for over 20 years. Through her years as a teacher, Joy found a passion for early childhood learning. She earned her eligibility for certification in Early Childhood Education and spent 15 years as an Early Childhood Educator, Education Coordinator and Child Care Center Administrator. Her teaching goals and philosophy are based on fostering a love of music in all students. Currently Joy also sits as Head Voice Faculty, Piano faculty and Director of Music Theater programs at RI Phil Music School at The United Theater in Westerly.

DESCRIPTION: Encourages a healthy foundation for Gross Motor, Social and Language Skills through movement and play. Each class is filled with wonderful songs, movement and sensory activities to stimulate the natural development of your toddler. This class is designed for both child and parent/caregiver to enjoy together.

DESCRIPTION: Let's Explore Music through Stories, Games, Fingerplays, rhythm instruments, lots of moving and lots of singing. This class is designed to engage social interactions, as well as support the development of motor and language skills in your child. This class is also designed for both child and parent/caregiver to enjoy together.
